Swap in. Merge up.
Trade the token of a merging project for HANS at the preset fixed rate — while the offer window is open.
Reading merge offers from Base Sepolia…
Leftover flows to stakers. Unswapped HANS is distributed to sHANS stakers when the offer expires.
Merge offers run on Base Sepolia during the rehearsal.
Step 2 — put your HANS to work
Locking mints sHANS — the staked side of the one token.
HANS in hand.
One society.
One token.
Merged.
HANS Society is crypto's first merger machine — a new collective network that grows by absorbing existing projects: their communities, their treasuries, their products, and their token holders. Crypto is no longer thousands of projects fighting for attention. We merge into one.
Lock HANS.
Receive sHANS.
Staking is how you take a position in the network state. Lock HANS for up to two years and receive sHANS — the staked side of the one token. Future distributions flow to locked positions, and sHANS is the key that opens a citizenship application.
104 weeks = 1 sHANS per HANS. Shorter locks mint proportionally less — sHANS = amount × weeks ÷ 104.
The staked side of the one token
HANS is what circulates. sHANS is what commits. One token, two states — and everything the society earns flows toward the committed state.
A stake in the network state
Locking HANS is the act of joining the economic center. Your position is recorded on-chain, escrowed by an ownerless contract, and returned to you exactly on schedule.
Distributions flow to stakers
Revenue the society routes to stakers is split pro-rata by receipt weight across the positions locked at that moment. It accrues to your position and pays out with your principal at unlock.
The citizenship application key
Citizenship in HANS Society opens through a staked position. sHANS is the key that starts a one-human-one-citizen application — holding it is how you raise your hand.
- sHANS is your claim ticket. Unlocking burns the exact sHANS your position minted — you need the full receipt amount back in your wallet to unlock your HANS. Sell or transfer it, and your HANS stays locked until you hold that amount again.
- Early unlock = 5% penalty + forfeit accrued distributions. Exit before expiry and the penalty plus everything your position accrued is redistributed to everyone still locked. Waiting out the lock is always strictly better.
